What if you set off to discover a pairing that is both surprising and refined? On 21 February 2026, the Brasserie du Château de Leignon invites you to enjoy a unique sensory experience, where craft beer meets chocolate in a setting rich in history.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the Brasserie du Château de Leignon. You will dive into the world of brewing and discover the secrets behind the production of our artisanal beers: raw materials, brewing process, fermentation and the craftsmanship that gives rise to beers full of character.
The visit then continues in one of the estate’s most emblematic locations: the former orangery of the castle, now transformed into an artisan chocolate workshop - the Chocolaterie du Château de Leignon. In this authentic setting, you will explore the world of chocolate and its subtle connection with beer.
The highlight of the event is a guided tasting of beer and praline pairings. Each combination has been carefully designed to reveal the full richness of aromas: bitterness, sweetness, roundness and indulgence come together for a tasting experience that is both balanced and surprising.
