Following the success of the first edition, the Brasserie du Château de Leignon is inviting you once again to an experience where two artisanal worlds come together: beer and chocolate.
On Saturday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m., come and discover the craftsmanship behind these two iconic products and be surprised by flavour combinations that are both original and delicious.
Behind the Scenes at the Brewery
The experience begins with a guided tour of the Brasserie du Château de Leignon. You will discover the different steps involved in crafting artisanal beers, from the selection of ingredients to brewing, fermentation and the brewer’s expertise.
An immersive journey into the heart of the brewery, offering a better understanding of what gives each beer its unique character and aromas.
From the Brewery to the Chocolate Workshop
The tour continues in the heart of the château’s former orangery, now home to the Chocolaterie du Château de Leignon.
In this charming setting, you will discover the world of artisanal chocolate and the subtle art of creating harmonious pairings with beer.
A Tasting Full of Surprises
The highlight of this experience will be a tasting of beers paired with pralines.
Each pairing has been carefully created to showcase the characteristics of both products and explore their contrasts and complementary flavours: bitter and sweet notes, roasted aromas, richness, intensity and indulgence.
An original way to rediscover beer and chocolate… and perhaps find your favourite pairing!
