On Monday, June 30th, 2025, the Domaine du Château de Leignon had the privilege of taking part in the official launch of the Collège Culinaire de Belgique, held in the elegant setting of the Château de Rivieren in Brussels.
This exceptional event brought together renowned chefs, producers, artisans of taste, journalists, culinary personalities, and institutional representatives to celebrate a shared ambition: to promote and defend Belgian culinary expertise, in all its richness, diversity, and creativity.
Alongside a hundred passionate professionals, we had the honour of representing the Domaine, as a place committed to sustainable, local, and responsible gastronomy. This initiative aligns perfectly with our philosophy: cultivating excellence while preserving our heritage, our terroir, and our know-how.
The Collège Culinaire de Belgique aims to unite the talents of gastronomy around strong values: transmission, high standards, respect for ingredients, and innovation. By joining this collective movement, the Domaine du Château de Leignon seeks to help build bridges between producers, chefs, artisans, and institutions, in service of an ambitious and vibrant Belgian cuisine, both locally and internationally.
