On Saturday evening, July 19th, the Auberge du Château de Leignon, led by Chef Isabelle Arpin, will open its kitchen to two exceptional guests: Aïda and Kenza, founders of the L’Ormiellerie restaurant in Lyon, graduates of the Institut Paul Bocuse, and authors of a brand-new book dedicated to modern Moroccan fusion cuisine.

This unique evening promises a culinary experience full of emotion and flavour. Through a collaborative six-hands menu, the chefs will weave together Aïda and Kenza’s contemporary Moroccan-inspired cuisine with Isabelle Arpin’s intuitive and sensitive approach.

For Aïda and Kenza, cooking is a matter of heart and heritage. Their family project, L’Ormiellerie, draws from childhood memories, kitchen confidences, and recipes passed down through generations. By reimagining Moroccan cuisine with a contemporary, generous, and refined perspective, they have created a culinary universe that reflects who they are: sincere, vibrant, rooted in tradition yet forward-looking.

On July 19th, they will share this vision with the guests of the Auberge, in a spirit of connection, storytelling, and openness.

Welcoming, encouraging, shining a light on others - this is also the mission Isabelle Arpin embraces at the Auberge du Château de Leignon. Known for her instinctive and deeply human cuisine, she regularly collaborates with young female talents, fostering a culture of exchange and celebration of culinary diversity.

This evening perfectly embodies the spirit of the Auberge restaurant: a place of creativity, generosity, and discovery, where the table becomes a space for dialogue and wonder.
